From Mexico to Bali
Since our recent trip to Mexico, we’ve been busy in the kitchen preparing new dishes for you to share and enjoy with friends and family.
These are some of our favourites:
Pollo de Mole Amarillo – A Oaxacan classic – whole organic chicken on yellow mole, served with fresh house tortillas and salsas.
Ceviche Lacasita – we liked this recipe so much, we put our name on it! Fresh local snapper cured in a ginger tiger’s milk with coriander, pickled onions, cherry tomatoes and crispy tortillas.
Sweet Potato Tacos – the inspiration for this spicy number, actually came from north of the border…the bustling street food scene of LA.
